Note:
Eaton Corporation recently made a voluntary commitment to adhere to guidelines
established governing the transport of UPSs and batteries. Eaton has begun shipping
all new UPSs with internal batteries disconnected in an effort to maximize safety for
personnel, transport systems, and UPS equipment during travel.
Please ensure before filling out the RMA request form that you
have connected the batteries and performed a start up as per the user manual.
